Been going here for at least 10 years, mostly with Dr. Kang, whom I like very much and trust his skills and judgement. Reception staff are usually very nice, thorough and competent. Emily is the hygienist I use and is fantastic, caring, gentle, and professional.

My most recent visit, the lady was away from the front desk with a note left saying she’ll be back. When she returned, she made sure to acknowledge me and told me she’d help me in a moment. I felt seen, I didn’t have to wait too long and the check in process was super simple. The other ladies that helped were nice as well, my Dentist was very professional and non judgmental on my results of my dental exam. I got the estimate on all the other appointments that we scheduled in the future and that process was easy too. Overall, everyone was professional and very informative on what I needed done and made scheduling so easy for future visits. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Alex answered the phone when i called and she was kind. She got me scheduled for an appointment the same day due to the pain I was experiencing. Amos brought me back and started my appointment and was very kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything while administering xrays. Bailey came in and assisted with helping me choose the right options for me. Dr, Grace (with the assistance of Amos again) was great. They were kind, clear, and gentle. Did not feel like a normal dentist office and i mean that in the best way possible. 10/10 recommend and i most certainly wont go anywhere else in Reno! Thank you all! Walked in having tremendous pain and left with a smile!
