They are not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also very patient and thorough. Dr. Kim took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before starting anything. Their gentle approach really helped ease any nerves I had, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients' well-being and overall experience. Betsy, the dental assistant, was just as wonderful. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout my visit. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and explained what was happening in a way that made everything feel less intimidating. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor made a huge difference and helped create such a relaxed environment. The level of care and attention to detail from both Dr.Kim and Betsy really stood out to me. Everything felt very professional, yet still personal and caring at the same time. This team truly goes above and beyond. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I've had.
